Renee Marvin Design is a Montecito-based studio creating spaces that reflect the beauty of the California coast and the individuality of each homeowner.  From reimagining interiors and selecting finishes to collaborating with a team through large renovations, our work blends creativity with expertise to bring design visions to life.  With the added insight of licensed real estate professionals, we help bring both beauty and lasting value to a home.

With a degree in design and art history, Renee blends her love of classical architecture and design with a deep appreciation for the ease and beauty of coastal California living. Her background in both design and real estate gives her a unique perspective—helping clients see not just the beauty of a home, but also its potential.

Before founding her studio, Renee built a career in marketing and sales management at leading global communications companies, experience that shaped her eye for detail and thoughtful, client-focused approach. Now settled in Montecito, Renee draws inspiration from the coastal landscape and the vibrant Santa Barbara

community she calls home.
